Terms of Sale
A ticket constitutes a revocable license to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. The Holder voluntarily agrees that the Dallas Chamber Symphony, its management, facility, participants, artists, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, contractors and employees are expressly released by the Holder from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the theater during the event. All tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather. Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission. Time, date, location, program and artists of event are subject to change. Tickets will not be refunded, but free exchanges are offered when requested during business hours and at least 48 hours prior to an event’s start time. Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled. Tickets abandoned at will call, or otherwise not used as of the event’s start time are forfeited, and may be resold. Public events may be photographed or video recorded by the Dallas Chamber Symphony for archival, promotional or commercial use. The Holder’s image and likeness as captured at public events may be used by the Dallas Chamber Symphony without compensation to the Holder.
